Davin Hattaway, CAE

Davin is active in the review and management of all association activities and oversees the PMR’s specialist project teams. He focuses on ensuring that the internal operations flow seamlessly with the larger strategic vision set by our clients' volunteer leadership.

His experience running associations and producing large- and small-scale programs and events have brought increased membership satisfaction and greater financial efficiencies to the organizations he has represented.

Davin is committed to enabling the associations he manages to fully benefit from the advantages of modern communications technology. To this end, he is an experienced web application designer and IT Project Manger with the skills and knowledge necessary to help volunteer leaders take maximum advantage of the resources available.

With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, hundreds of hours of professional training, and Certified Association Executive credential, Davin is well equipped to help the volunteer leadership of nonprofit organizations implement their strategic and management goals.

Prior to joining PMR, Davin consulted with nonprofit agricultural cooperatives in Cape Verde, West Africa. His accomplishments there include serving as founding executive officer and for a nonprofit trade school, establishing a rural dry goods cooperative, and serving as the primary liaison between local nonprofit organizations and national/international development organizations.
